Maintenance electrician wanted in City of Roanoke

Join our team: we are hiring a maintenance electrician in City of Roanoke, Virginia. The job is at a commercial shopping complex. The role involves: • Wire single-phase and three-phase distribution boards • Replace faulty switches, sockets and light fittings • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable • Install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB • Size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop Requirements: • Normal colour vision for cable identification • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Able to read single-line and wiring diagrams At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
