Urgent requirement: foundry labourer (Maryland)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Howard County, Maryland. You should have: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor Day-to-day duties: • Tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture Full-time with occasional weekends.
