Powder coating sprayer wanted in Leelanau County

Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Leelanau County, Michigan. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Full-time, day shift.
