We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Columbia County, Florida. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare the mise en place before each service; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
