We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Northampton County, North Carolina. Day to day you will stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
