Elevator repair technician wanted in Rusk County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an elevator repair technician in Rusk County, Texas. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. The role involves adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. What we are looking for: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
