Great opportunity: we are hiring a wheel loader operator in West Feliciana Parish, Louisiana. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Your main tasks: • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations 5+ years on the tools preferred.
