Gas pipe fitter — Ajaokuta

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas pipe fitter in Ajaokuta, Kogi State. You will work on commercial and industrial sites. On a typical shift you will carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Able to read isometric and site drawings On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
