Immediate opening: we are hiring a tube and fitting scaffolder in Plymouth County, Massachusetts. The role involves: • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner What we are looking for: • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $2,700 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
