Aluminium TIG welder — Aitkin County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Aitkin County, Minnesota. Ideal candidate: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols You will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
