Single needle operator — Van Zandt County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a single needle operator in Van Zandt County, Texas. You will work on an export house sewing floor. The role involves sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality. You should have: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory Rotating shifts. Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
