Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Cortland County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading $4,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
