Retail butcher wanted in Valencia County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a retail butcher in Valencia County, New Mexico. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
