The role involves sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
