Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Moore County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • 1-2 years' experience operating production machinery The role involves change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; set up and start the machine as per the job card. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
