Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Buncombe County, North Carolina. The job is in a machine room on the rooftop. What we are looking for: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota You will carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
