Horticulturist wanted in Juneau County

Join our team: we are hiring a horticulturist in Juneau County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a public park. On the job you will handle: • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers What we are looking for: • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Valid driving licence for travel between sites Six days a week, one day off.
