Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tile fixer in Crawford County, Wisconsin. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines Day to day you will spread adhesive with a notched trowel and back-butter the tiles; match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; fit tile spacers to keep the grout joints even; set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
