Reinforcement steel fixer — Pulaski County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a reinforcement steel fixer in Pulaski County, Georgia. You will work at a high-rise construction project. The role involves lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour. You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
