Hoist operator • Yates County, New York

Join our team: we are hiring a hoist operator in Yates County, New York. You will work in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. The role involves: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Read and interpret the load chart before every lift • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block • Follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger What we are looking for: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • A good head for heights for tower crane work Part-time with flexible hours.
