Injection moulding machine operator wanted in Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area

Immediate opening: we are hiring an injection moulding machine operator in Prince of Wales-Hyder Census Area, Alaska. You will be based at an injection moulding unit. Day-to-day duties: • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges What we are looking for: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Good attention to detail and steady hands • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
