Great opportunity: we are hiring a waiter in Sampson County, North Carolina. The job is in a five-star hotel. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts Your main tasks: • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Clear and reset tables between covers • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Full-time with occasional weekends.
