Powder coating sprayer • Boise County, Idaho

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Boise County, Idaho. The role involves: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 1+ years on the tools preferred.
