Immediate opening: we are hiring a stitching operator in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The job is in a small denim manufacturing unit. You will set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet. Requirements: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Full-time, day shift.
