Immediate opening: we are hiring a pot washer in Maui County, Hawaii. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure The role involves sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies.
