Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Waushara County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. You should have: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day to day you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
