Gas appliance installer wanted in Wilkes County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Wilkes County, North Carolina. You will be based in a gas distribution network. Your main tasks: • Fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls • Connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant What we are looking for: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Driving licence for travel between sites • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
