Great opportunity: pastry baker (Mississippi)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Newton County, Mississippi. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. Your main tasks: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 6+ years on the tools preferred.
