Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in LaSalle Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a catering unit. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On a typical shift you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $21 per hour, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
