You should have: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale On the job you will handle: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
