We are recruiting: shop floor worker (Illinois)

Join our team: we are hiring a shop floor worker in Massac County, Illinois. On a typical shift you will read and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs); feed raw material into the hopper and monitor the flow; load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt; record output figures and downtime on the production log; change over tooling and settings between product runs; keep the workstation clean and follow 5S housekeeping. Requirements: • Able to work as part of a team on a busy line • Able to stand for a full 8 to 12 hour shift • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels Full-time with occasional weekends.
