Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scullery hand in Dunn County, North Dakota. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Six days a week, one day off.
