Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Unicoi County

Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Unicoi County, Tennessee. Day-to-day duties: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
