Steward wanted in Churchill County

Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Churchill County, Nevada. Day to day you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 6+ years on the tools preferred.
