Great opportunity: we are hiring a crane operator in Igbo-Etiti, Enugu State. Requirements: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Strong attention to safety and load limits On a typical shift you will grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity.
