Back-of-house cleaner • Abaji, Federal Capital Territory

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Abaji, Federal Capital Territory. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass 6+ years on the tools preferred.
