Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime Day to day you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns.
