Immediate opening: we are hiring a garment presser in Randolph County, Missouri. The job is at a garment factory. On a typical shift you will sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; meet the daily piece target without damaging garments. You should have: • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
