You should have: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Day-to-day duties: • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks Full-time, day shift.
