Rebar fixer wanted in Oliver County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Oliver County, North Dakota. The job is on a busy residential building site. Day-to-day duties: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
