We are recruiting: we are hiring a spray painter (automotive) in Walthall County, Mississippi. What we are looking for: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing On a typical shift you will compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
