Coating plant operator — Shackelford County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Shackelford County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
