Great opportunity: service technician (Iowa)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a service technician in Guthrie County, Iowa. The job is at a busy car service centre. On a typical shift you will diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool; read fault codes and clear them after the repair; replace clutch plates and gearbox components; recharge and service the air-conditioning system; replace shock absorbers, ball joints and track-rod ends; trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems. What we are looking for: • ITI / NVQ Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance • Comfortable working in inspection pits and on ramps Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
