Immediate opening: we are hiring a line cook in Hillsdale County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time, day shift.
