Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious The role involves: • Carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves 3+ years on the tools preferred.
