Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Campbell County, Virginia. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. The role involves: • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage Ideal candidate: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
