Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Atoka County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. You will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. What we are looking for: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
