You should have: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate On the job you will handle: • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
