MIG/MAG welder — Isabella County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Isabella County, Michigan. The job is at a pipe and tank fabrication yard. On the job you will handle: • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence Requirements: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
