Kitchen steward wanted in Sandoval County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Sandoval County, New Mexico. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure You will help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature.
